I was really excited to be interviewing with Pluralsight until the process became unclear. My second interview had to be rescheduled when the team members did not show up. From my last interview I waited nearly 4 weeks for feedback and chased a total of 5 times. During this time the recruiter wasn’t sticking to their word and continued to delay getting feedback. I was told the team were really happy with me and needed more time to make a decision and in the end I chased again coming up to 4 weeks when I was told they have decided to go with another candidate who’s salary expectations were more aligned. Had I known my desired salary was out of budget I would have welcomed a discussion about this or would have liked to be made aware 3 weeks earlier. Not the best experience considering I was looking forward to potentially joining their business.

Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me about this position and we had a 30 minute phone interview. It went well, and we had a good conversation. She said she would be in touch in the next 1-2 days with next steps after she talked to the hiring manager.
That was 5 weeks ago. Pluralsight hasn’t communicated at all with me since.
I had heard really good things about the company, which was why I was initially interested, but this left me with a really poor impression about how things are done here.
