The entire process was pretty great up until the end. I thought the questions were fair and the people really friendly--then after the final interviews they ghosted me. I sent three messages trying to see what the final decision was and never got a response. I was deciding between offers and it was an incredibly frustrating experience, especially since I thought the final interviews had actually gone pretty well. Even a simple no at the end would have made this interview process great, but the ghosting was just entirely unacceptable
