I absolutely love Pluralsight, use the product all the time, it got me through school, so I was pretty excited to interview! I had an initial screening interview with an HR rep, that went pretty well. Then they gave me some kind of timed online quiz to test... something? That was okay, I did alright on that. I was then given another interview, a 1 on 1 with a Senior Software Engineer. It went well, really cool guy. I don't know that I knocked it out of the park, but I was pretty nervous. He told me that if I moved on to the next step, I would be sent an email with a code challenge that I had to complete at home. No email ever came, not a code challenge, not a rejection, nothing. I waited for a week or two, then I emailed the HR rep who scheduled my interviews, Felicia Munoz (different than the HR rep who screened me). I didn't hear back for a few weeks, so I emailed her again. She told me that she would try to get in contact with my HR rep and see what happened. Never heard back, emailed her again, and still haven't heard back. It's been quite a while since then, so I figured it was time to write this review. Ended up being a negative experience, simply because I went through three steps and wasn't even given the courtesy of a rejection email. No closure. Not my favorite interview process.
