As a regular user of the PluralSight platform, I was excited to potentially interview at PluralSight. I applied online via LinkedIn, did a phone screen, completed a personality assessment, and interviewed with a hiring manager. I followed up with a thank-you email. I never received feedback. I decided to reach out a couple of months later. I was moved on to the next round of interviews. I was surprised that I had not been contacted. I did a day of interviewing (1 panel, 1 technical, and 1 upper management). 2 months later I got an email asking me to review them on Glassdoor. 1 day after that I got the auto-reply rejection email for the job. Overall impression: lack of communication, possible hiring pipeline issues.
