The entire interview process started off in a manner that I had not experienced before. I started off with doing an actual assessment before there was even talk of a phone screening. Once I got through the assessment I had my phone screening and everyone that I had spoken with so far has been very transparent which I appreciate. I'm still waiting for one final phone interview which has not been scheduled yet but I'm still pleased with the experience so far.
