The process began with a phone interview and then an online survey. I was contacted and asked to come back approximately a week or so later for an on-site interview. The interview was conducted by two people, a manager and a team leader. The interview was very in-depth and began with them asking me to give an overview of the highlights of my resume. I also had to be prepared to present a ten minute training session using PowerPoint. Their questions were very detailed and they asked many follow-up questions. It was a good interview. I really liked the company a lot.
