Completely disrespectful of your time. I had a "final" interview extended essentially 3 times and total of 7 interviews. Process as follows: HR screen, hiring manager, back to back interviews with 2 separate members of the team, and then VP of marketing. One team member was out of office and then had to meet with them afterwards, and then the hiring manager wanted to meet yet again. This was a total of SEVEN (7) interviews that spanned a three week process, until simply receiving a generic email from a no-reply address that stated they went with another candidate. I sincerely do not understand how it would take 7 interviews for a company to still have not made up their mind, and only to be completely disrespected with a generic rejection email. I honestly would have rather been rejected far sooner into the process than to be strung along, wasting everyone's time.

Hiring manager was nice and made me feel comfortable. Company works remote and she was on an easy going set up which made it feel casual enough for my first interview. She gave me feedback when letting me know they were moving with a candidate that lived closer to other coworkers.
