The most rigorous interview process I have ever seen. Law enforcement was easier! The day before the interview they will email you a 15 page packet asking it be completed when you come in. I spent four hours completing the essay questions and doing proof reading assignments. They make you do a 90 minute exam before interviewing you and most of it is patterns of squares and dots. Very disappointed that after all the effort put forth no attempt at following up about the position was made.
