Interview process consisted of a first screening panel interview by three management staff. Second interview was with the current Director. The first panel interview was very comfortable. The second interview conducted by the Director seemed a bit more tense. She was also late to interview me. Overall the interview experience in both occasions went well, based on my knowledge and experience I shared related to the position.
