I had to take a personality assessment before meeting with anyone, and never got to see my final results. I must have passed because the next few rounds are meeting with your potential manager, other managers, ops, HR and the final interview was with the CEO. The questions were a little odd - mostly based around 'who I know' in the industry, did I like entertaining, sales approach and how much of a hustler I could be. Everyone was nice, although I wish I had met some of the sellers to get a handle on the culture and expectations from their POV.
