Setting up this interview was very difficult as the person doing the hiring at Playtech took a long time to reply to messages despite having said they were very interested in speaking with me. The HR interview was lovely. The technical interview was very difficult - having to solve problems 1.) In a programming language which was not required by the job itself and 2.) Being given very little time to think about the problems given before being expected to answer. It would have been much better if we were given a few moments to glance over the problem without the haunting silence of not one, but THREE developers looking over you! Despite having taken up 2 and a half hours of the day, I didn't even receive an email telling me I was unsuccessful, or with any feedback. I found this very surprising and disappointing. Overall, it was good to experience it even if it didn't go well and there's a lot that could have been done much better.
