It was smooth so far (will update once completely done).First round was with a peer EM - which was mostly about process and some technology.Next round was design and then design review.

The process was long and disorganized, with sometimes weeks between interviews or replies. They rescheduled multiple interviews. The interviewers were overall nice, it was disorganized and I had the same types of questions in multiple interviews. The 2nd step of the interview process was supposed to be a WHO interview, which still hadn't happened by round 6 or 7 (I lost count). After my last interview they never reached out again, and I figured it was better this way.
