J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Playco en mai 2021

Something I don't quite understand is they are looking for someone who can solve medium/hard Leetcode DS/A questions, like if I could ace those questions I would be interviewing for FAANG, not at a one year old startup that's barely a unicorn. They've been trying to hire for this role for a while now and I honestly think they should rethink their hiring process.

Question 1
Some Dynamic Programming and streaming data questions.

The recruiter from the company contacted me via Linkedin, catching my attention with catchy comments like that they have people from Zynga and the creator of Web Sockets itself, so I thought that maybe it would be interesting.
After a video call with the recruiter I had a tech interview where I was asked my background and then resolving a dynamic programming problem (data structures, big-o, arrays) in a live coding session.
The tech interview was very superficial and afterwards there hasn't been any follow up even to say "thank you for your time" so that's very unprofessional. I also asked if they had any news to communicate to follow up the process or conclude it and they didn't answer. That was a month ago. Ghosting is not doing anything good to the community, it gives no value, it doesn't help in our career to not receive any feedback.
Definitely not the company culture I would like to be part of.
Also the team seems very small and very bad organized (they don't follow agile but more a waterfall work system as I was told). They said they don't plan to grow much more so I expected that the workload would be less than ideal and the company culture... well I just realized what kind of company they are if they don't value feedback, they don't have appreciation or empathy for the candidates.
Playco, it's also a no for me.
