I got 3 interviews, one online with the actual manager, one online with the HR and one onsite with both of them, kind of repeating the first interview face to face. Too much time lost for the candidate just on repetitive interviews/ questions.

A lot of complex psychology questions instead of work related questions. I believe the HR person involved was too much complicating things.
