Phone interview screening then a zoom interview. The salary and benefits were good but the expected yearly required hours work meant 50 plus hours a week and if you took PTO then you would be looking at more hours a week to meet the requirement

The interview process is in person I met with the two of the partners from the group. I really enjoyed meeting with them. The office is in a beautiful location really nice office park

The interview process was a series of virtual interviews with various members of the practice group. The interviewers were largely easy to talk to, and they stuck with the employer's suggested behavioral questioning methodology.
