Good interview experience. All helpful information shared throughout the interview process and everyone created a meaningful experience. The conversations were very engaging. Seems like a fun and impactful product to sell.

Initial with the the HR was great. Friendly and bubbly but once I met the other 2 folks in round two, the energy shifted dramatically. It was awkward and I felt judged the entire time - it did not feel inquisitive , it felt more standoffish (although I was pushed forward for being such a good candidate)

Entretien
I submitted my resume and was sent a Predictive Index assessment to complete. I was advanced to interview with the sales managers. The interview went well and wasn't very difficult. I was told I would hear from them within the next week regarding their decision. Next week rolls around and I don't hear anything. I email them saying I enjoyed the interview and was wondering if there were any updates. That email was sent two weeks ago and no response. Ghosted.

I learnt a lot about the product and the culture at Planswell. I've always been eager to begin a career in sales especially in fin-tech. It's probably one of the best interview processes I've been part of. The team seems really down to earth, no ego and all look like they are devoted to the mission. This role doesn't seem like your typical sales role and I like that. I am still waiting to hear back.
