I interviewed for the position today with Ermin and did not happen to get it. While I am fine with that decision I did want to give some feedback. I was told the interview was a phone screen and this was also written in the title of the teams invite that was sent. When I joined the meeting I was told this is a video call and told the interviewer I was not prepared to be on video being she told me it was a phone screen. The interviewer had an attitude and asked two questions about equity and asked if I had any which I had two, then thanked me for my time after she gave responses to my questions.
