Entretien
I applied online and it took about a month to hear back from them. First, I got an email from the hiring manager and we set up a time for phone interview, she went through my resume and asked about some basic questions. In the end, she gave me a chance to ask her questions about the job. About a day later I got another email from her and I got into the second-round interview. The second -round was an in-house interview. She and the Finance Director (something like that) interviewed me together. The Finance Director talked about some recent developments within the group and went through my resume again. He asked about a lot of questions regarding my experience, especially finance experience which I didn't have. He also asked about my personal interests.

The initial phone interview was pleasant and short. Typical questions about experience and personality. The in-person interview was casual and enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, without much intimidation. I had no experience specific to the position, but they were open to training.
