Entretien
Telephonic Interview first round. Second round Is live demo. Third round Is Planet spark aptitude test. You have to clear their cut off. Then you have to submit the copy of your documents. Then they will inform about training which last for 5 days.
Application, English/Aptitude/Teaching skills online test, Video questions, HR round..The process was easy except video round where you have to record live videos where they check your body language, confidence, pronunciation etc.

How you will handle the shy student in your class?
On call, unnecessary questioning and lengthy process. They have a test which I took 2 times in two years because they lost all previous data. I qualified both times but they take a long time in calling back. Work hours and goals suggested are tedious as well.

Entretien
Good but little lengthy one. First basic details then PSAT test then video interview. Document verification and done. After someone will contact the person if selected as per their mail
