ask questions about the facility like what do you know about it. Also asks why do you want to work there, what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, and scenario-based questions
Managers sit down for an interview, gave a tour of the gym to me to help me see what it was like from a behind the scene perspective. Heard back within a couple of days !

one that really stood out to me was “tell us about something you’ve accomplished that you are proud of. why is that?”
One on one interview with the manager. I was asked basic behavioral questions and where I saw myself in three years etc. When it was done I was offered a job on the spot
