The interview process was straightforward—I first met with the recruiter and then the hiring manager. After that, I was required to take a CCAT assessment. However, I was very disappointed with the process. Despite passing the assessment, I had to follow up for weeks just to receive a response. If candidates are required to take and pass an assessment, it only makes sense to move them forward in the interview process. Respecting candidates' time should be a priority.
