The process was fast-paced and I was informed throughout the entire time the status of my application. The talent acquisition team reached out for an initial interview over the phone to ask preliminary questions and tell me a bit about the role. They sent me some assessments to take. The cognitive assessment was difficult but I took a few days to practice and I passed! The practicing really helped. Once I passed the assessment, I had another phone interview with the recruiter to ask me more in depth questions and talk through my resume. She also scheduled an in person interview with the hiring manager during that call. In person interview was great- the office is beautiful and I got a better feel for the culture at PlanSource. I heard back the next week and was extended an offer.
