This might only help if someone you know refers you. I had a friend refer me who had been working at Pizza Hut for sometime. Filled out an application they called me in for a interview with a manager. In my case the manager was pretty cool asked me if I wanted the job I said yes also asked if I had a problem with communicating on the phone you know talking to the people who call in and order I said no. And BAM I got the job!
