Short I applied online and went in the store a few days later and asked if they had looked at my resume. The manager was not in and they told me to come back. I came back and talked to her and then they put me on training the next day.
Interview phone process and then trial shift with what would have been my whole team. Final interview on phone after the trial shift before offers were handed out. All over and done with within 3 weeks which was good.

Entretien
Applied online, was interviewed a few days later. They asked about 3 questions about work experience, if I had experience with customer service and what my hobbies were. It took about 3 days. Pretty easy interview.
