there was a Online codeing test with 3 programs. followed by technical interview over the phone which was about an hour. After this there was supposed to be a onsite round for two hours. But i did not get pass the telephonic technical and HR round. They wanted high level german language skill

They should be more open and more sincere about the process of hiring. I applied, got an email for technical assessment test, I did very good in it, than I sent an email for my application to know how was it going and got a direct refuse saying ‘We are unfortunately unable to find a suitable match with our requirements and vacancies at this time’. I think you should first give the opportunity to get at least one Interview to see how my skills and your requirements align. I was waiting for so much more from Pixida, got disappointed.
