The Pivotus team strives to incorporate transparency, honesty, and quick interview cycles for candidates. We include an initial conversation with all candidates because experience is usually more vast than what is on a piece of paper and we want to learn all about you! Our design interview process includes 30 min conversations leading up to an on-site that would be scheduled for no longer than 3 hours. If this goes positively it will be followed by a design challenge on which we usually indicate to "Feel free to spend as much time as you’d like, but we don’t expect any more than a few (3) hours of effort.” If at any point during the interview cycle we know you would not be a good fit for the position we discontinue the process because we understand that folks don’t have unlimited time to interview with us. We try to respect that as much as possible so you can instead invest your time in finding the best aligned position for you. Your feedback is an important element in our continued effort to deliver a great experience for interviewees and we will review and improve the process based on it.
