First was a phone interview with simple personality questions Second was face to face with more business background and education history I had this interview about two days after the phone interview

Conversational interview, personality counts most, then job knowledge and lastly would be capability to learn or actually do the work. Interview was composed of 2 parties from the company and myself. We sat down and they asked me general questions, to break the ice in my opinion, to get to know me and for me to know them. They described the work load i was getting into and what my function would be. I thanked them, they saw me to the door and i received a call 2 or 3 days later with an offer and an optional start date. 7 days after my initial interview I was working.
