It was a 45 day interview process, with 6-7 rounds , interviewers were pretty nice, after clearing all rounds they let me know they do not sponsor H1-B visas, it was really unprofessional and a waste of time and resources. The recruiters don't even know the rules of their own firm, embarrassing. For the pride the company takes in Diversity, it really does not stand up to it.
