First 2 were casual phone interviews, followed by a mock "superday", where I had 4 back to back 30 min panel interviews. They had both me and the other candidate wait in the lobby together and walk out together.

During my superday, all 8 interviewers asked the same three questions. Some interviewer was more concerned about what my parents did. Gave no indication on when I would hear back. Had to call HR for them to finally tell me I didn't get the offer.
