Applied online and got an email asking me to setup an interview. Interviewed with 2 guys and got an offer less than a week later. Pretty basic, be prepared to talk about your projects and other experiences. Offer was for 15/hr which is what I believe they pay engineering interns with no prior experience. Nothing too hard
