HR has a standard interview. There is a clinical competency. Then you interview with a regional manager and pharmacy manager. That is nice and and is like a conversation. It's a bit of a slow process. Once hired, you need to get your equipment before you can start training. It's a bit of time before you are up and staffing but you are compensated for training.

I really don't recall any of the interview questions. Things that I like or dislike about being a pharmacist. What type of management style do I prefer. Lots of personality type questions. Abiliy to work as a team. Ability to work alone. How I feel about working overnight.
