Me chamaram através do LinkedIn, por mensagem privada e me convidaram para o processo por terem se interessado no meu perfil. Após fazer umas 3 rodadas de entrevistas, onde o recrutador (RH) e o líder da área caíram e se atrasaram em diferentes momentos (dias diferentes), ao Final ficaram de me enviar um retorno, seja positivo ou negativo. Já se passaram 1 ano e não recebi o retorno.

A phone call with HR, followed by a phone call with the team lead, followed by a video call with the team, followed by an offer in person. I thought the last meeting was a final interview, but it was just them offering me the position.
