Got the initial email from a creative recruiter. The individual I spoke to was very nice and open. We talked about both of our experiences and goals for the future. I came out of the interview extremely confident. But, I was then told I didn't get pushed to the next interview and I was shocked! The only thing I was told was I didn't have enough experience when the job description stated I needed 3yrs, and I had 5!
