After an initial chat with HR, which was very nice all things considered, I had an initial coding interview.
The interviewer was around 30 minutes late without any heads up or apologies.
He seemed very uninterested and was eating throughout the interview - just an overall terrible experience.
After going through the question and writing the code but not finishing all it's parts - I was told the feedback was "overall positive but not quite strong enough".
Due to the extreme delay the recruiter agreed to schedule another interview.
The second interviewer seemed much more knowledgeable and interested and it went well overall without any notes from the interviewer besides a comment regarding another way of solving the question and made an offhanded remark regarding a questionable edge case saying it wasn't part of the interview.
After some time I was given feedback that I did well overall, spotted my own mistakes quickly, explained myself well and performed well - yet I wasn't going to be progressing further since my code apparently fails on that edge case that we didnt even discuss.
Overall the process took a long time and after doing well and getting good feedback on my performance I have no idea what theyre even looking for besides someone who can perfectly solve the specific question they're given.

It was fast and had 3 interviews after screening one.
Basic programming, but data wrangling was harder as the person interviewing had more experience than the previous ones and it showed

Questions were mostly from leetcode. 2 coding, 2 systems design and one Hiring manager round

Design splitwise using object oriented programming
Interviewer barely spoke english. I solved the problem and had a bug. I was able to fix the bug quickly by myself. Then the next day the interviewer passed on my candidacy because my “initial solution had a bug” which I fixed quickly. The most annoying part of the interview was the lack of english-speaking abilities. Dont waste your time. They’ll dock you for any frivolous thing, especially if you’re not from “their” community. Please stop having people who dont speak english interview candidates!
