Initial HR call, then interview with hiring manager, with some tests, followed by partner interview and with the wider team. All happened on Teams due to locations. All interviews were 1 hour and no difficult questions were asked.

I applied online, and then went for an interview. Despite apparently impressing in the interview as a comms person (I could have sworn I applied for a BD role, but apparently not) I didn't get the job because I didn't have a legal background. Something that was obvious from my CV, so should have precluded me from being interviewed and subsequently wasting my time. All told a pretty inept company, so best avoided.
