The interview process is very simple, basic questions are asked such as availability etc. During the interview you will be asked to paint one of the pinots paintings to ensure you know how to use acrylic paint.

Entretien
Had to paint a painting to see if you knew how to paint. Also had to do mic training to see if your good on stage. You trained as an assistant for a couple of weeks before teaching a class
