A phone call with the manager. It was not a long phone call and it went over all of the responsibilities of the job. The manager also asked me about my past experience. Basically, they were desperate to hire someone and you could tell.

Phone interview first. Great easy and painless. Took the first mins introducing ourselves and getting comfortable. By the end of the conversation we were friends. Now to get to work!

Entretien
The manager had no skills. It seems like she was new to the whole process and had very little training.
Her facts were inaccurate and she took forever to interview me. I sat waiting for her for almost 30 minutes.
