The application process was smooth with clear instructions on where to go and how to submit my resume. I received an acknowledgment of my application promptly and was able to schedule my initial screening call with MaKenzie. She was very prompt every step of the way and stayed in constant communication from scheduling the in-person interview up to the offer stage. My interview process consisted of 2 of rounds, including: Initial Screening: Phone interview with MaKenzie who is the Talent Acquisition Manager. This round mainly focused on my general background and previous role. This is where she went over the job descriptions and gauge the fit. Panel/Managerial Interview: My next round included a session with the VP of Finance and Pinnacle Fertility's CFO. This was a very "panel" like experience with rounds of questions that focused on leadership style, strategic thinking, and how I handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. The questions were very relevant and thought-provoking, and they allowed extra time for me to ask my own questions. Overall I had a great interview process and felt that the interviewers were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They asked insightful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills while giving me a clear understanding of the role's expectations. I appreciated that they provided detailed insights about the team along with the company culture so that I can make sure my experience aligns with the goals of Pinnacle Fertility.
