I thought they were highly unorganized. Once the interview was complete it still took over a week for them to respond at which point I declined. I don't want to start off wondering if they ever responded in a timely manner. Once they made the offer they wanted everything to happen really fast. (I have had really bad experiences previously with companies like that) I don't want to worry about being scammed.
