      The process started when I was contacted by an internal recruiter at Ping Identity. This resulted in a roughly 30 min phone interview that was personable, polite and very conversational. I was primarily asked about my experience and what I knew about various technical realms like system administration, security, networking and programming. The position basics and expectations were made clear. The recruiter was a delight to talk to and scheduled my next interview. My next interview was a phone interview with the position manager. This was very similar to the initial conversation with the recruiter with a bit more depth. I was given more information as to the position and the company culture. At this time, I asked quite a few questions to ensure the company was a good fit for me as well. This interview was also very pleasant and conversational. I was then sent a couple of computer-based tests. This consisted of a personality battery such as you would find at any employer. The second was a logic and critical thinking battery. Both tests must be taken while on webcam (I suspect to ensure you are doing the test yourself). The logic test was interesting and could present a challenge for some. I was then requested to take two weeks and perform a task related to the prospected position. I will not share too many more details for the security of the process but will state I was provided lots of support through the process. This was a challenging experience and provided me a great learning opportunity. I suspect that this task will change based on the prospected position. I would encourage any candidate that make it this far not be afraid to ask questions from the resources provided. Upon completion of the two-week task I was requested to come in and meet face to face. I met with three individuals including the manager of the position to do a panel interview. I was asked many questions related to the task as well as my experience. This interview was very friendly. Everybody had quality and challenging questions and I felt the full extent of my knowledge and experience was reviewed. I was then informed of my results via phone by the hiring manager roughly a week after my panel interview. Overall everybody in this contact has been very polite, professional and friendly. It was apparent from the start that this organization is looking for quality individuals and they go to rigorous effort to screen candidates. The process can feel a little overwhelming at times, but you are provided lots of support and information along the way.

      Very smooth and Friendly process. Very understanding team. Interviewers have a good grasp on their requirements and are open to questions. Scheduling was very good and accommodating. Good Technical expertise is required in IAM

      Was referred to Ping by a friend. Working with HR was effortless and professional. The first phone interview with HR was a good get to know you. Then I was asked to take a personality and IQ test that was proctored. Passed that and got a phone interview with hiring manager. Again, the call was very professional, transparent and informative. I was then given a Mt Fuji project to work on until my on-site interview. So I love companies that do this because you get a chance to actually work with the product which as prospective employee can be helpful in your decision to go further in the interview process. Plus it helps the employer to determine if you got what it takes. For the onsite interview, I did a presentation and then had a chat with four different employees. I left the interview feeling very positive.
