Made it past the video interview process, which was well set out and a good experience and then got to the assessment center. They rejected me in the final stage assessment center because they apparently wanted to see more involvement during the group stage. This was very confusing as I was clearly the leader in my group of 4 and assigned tasks to the other group members while the assessors were watching. I would not mind as much if I was given clear criticism on what I could do to improve, but it is incredibly lazy to give a generic reason such as "not showing enough involvement" when I was clearly the leader and helped my other team members when they struggled with their tasks (that I assigned to them).

One video interview you had to self record. Assessment center given coding task to solve in group and present the solution to panel of judges. If you pass that then their is one on one interview

Entretien
Onsite Assessment: includes an individual task and a group task.
Group task: Collaborate with your group to score the most points in a food finder game. You are expected to create an algorithm that will lead to the most points. (in JS)
After you are expected to explain your approach in front of a few developers with your group.
Individual task: Expected to design an algorithm in pseudo code for finding food in a maze.
