Hiring process - responsive at the beginning and even sent emails updating that they are still going over the application. After passing the initial interview & submitting the written exam, i never heard back from them. I guess i didn't pass - a confirmation email would've been better.

Mostly about work experience and general knowledge.
I applied to be a Multimedia Virtual Assistant online and waited for about 2-3 weeks before I got a response back. The interview was conducted during the very early morning for PH time.

Entretien
The interview was a smooth process and the interviewers was nice and friendly! Explained everything that was needed to be explained and answered nicely when I asked a question. All in all it was nice.

I was asked about some stuff on my resume and experience and I was also asked to introduce myself, specifically, my name, nickname, educational attainment.
Interview went well. About personal experience in previous roles. Asked some situational questions as well. What are the top three offers to the client? Did assessment after the initial interview.
