I was referred by a current counselor working at Pine Cove. A full-time staff member contacted me to set up an interview over the phone and ask some basic questions. From there I completed the online application and received a follow-up call to go over the offer.

The Interview was Christ Centered, Others Focused, and Seriously intentional. The questions were difficult but fair and designed to hold the ministry to a high standard. Overall, I would recommend.
