Engaging, belief driven, and conversational. They wanted to get to know me and my faith. They were interested and not afraid to ask follow up questions. Faith was the center of our conversation and made the mission of Pine Cove from start of applying through the interview. They really are about bumping the lamp.
A member on full time staff reaches out to find a time that best works for you! They are conversational, enjoy getting to know you, and listen intently as you answer questions they have prepared for you. These questions include beliefs, your walk in your faith, and any struggles with sin you've found yourself battling throughout your life.

Very in depth, but this company knows what they stand for. Just be yourself and trust what you know. This was a very rewarding process and I promise it's worth your time.
