Entretien
One round of interviews generally about 30 minutes. This consisted of hypothetical situations and character based questions. In addition to this they asked about transportation and availability. There are generally multiple applicants that have applied and they will wait to do interviews until there are about five people to interview. This makes the process slightly more competitive.
