The interview process is very standard 3 round, the only caveat being the 2nd round consists of 3 consecutive interviews in a virtual on-site format. Quite appalled at the lack of respect and professionalism I was given during this stage though. I showed up for the 3rd interview at this stage, without being informed it was canceled on a Friday. I was told twice that I would be contacted Monday to reschedule. Keep in mind this 3rd, is part of one entire stage. Instead of being contacted over the course of 4 days, despite my attempt, I was completely ghosted. Finally I hear back, and it looks as though they decided to convene and discuss the talent pool with the full picture of other candidates but only 2/3 of mine, instead of waiting to reschedule. Now, it doesn't bother me in the slightest I didn't move on, I hear no for a living and thats life. It was the complete disregard to the 6-8 hours I put into prep, lack of communication despite LinkedIn activity, and refusal to give me any feedback upon request to grow from anything that may have been my part is just unprofessional. I record all my interviews to review and improve, and nothing warranted this treatment.
