Panel interview. They didn’t ask any questions about me or my experience. I felt unprepared, and I did a lot of preparing for it. They wouldn’t let me keep my resume, the job post that I printed out, or any notes or while they talked to me. It felt like an interrogation. There was also a representative from the EEOC that sat in. Weird vibes.
