Was ghosted after that presenting the model. Spent a reasonable amount of time (2-3 hours) on the financial model and received no feedback after the interview. If you’re going to give your candidates assignments to complete, then you should (1) update them on whether or not they got the job and (2) give them reasons why they didn’t get the job.
