First I received a phone interview and then completed a creative brief. Then, I received an email informing me I did not receive the position. There was about a week and a half between the interview and decision sent.

I spoke with HR first while they were looking for a head designer to see if I was a fit for the company but once they found their head designer I was cut off from the process by the new chosen head designer.
