Went through two interviews before getting to the case study stage. The recruiter was in the process of scheduling a time for a case study when they halted the process due to "budget reallocation" and didn't get an update back until weeks later and their response was that they were looking for a different profile.

How would you handle mistakes from your colleagues?
Too long and cumbersome.
Better streamline process.
Case study needs to be better defined and the expectation. Too many people to meet, and scheduling conflicts. Would have expected to meet with HR, a Peer, and hiring manager.

Multiple rounds meeting different stakeholders. One long presentation round, which you're given data and the platform to prepare. Overall it was a good process, but the final round was difficult and requires a lot of preparation.
